Proposals for rule revision emanating from within the author countries of RDA should be submitted through their respective member bodies of JSC.

In Australia: contact the Australian Committee on Cataloguing:

Proposals for rule revision emanating from outside the author countries of RDA should be submitted to the Chair of JSC.
